If you plan to arrive by car, please use a paid parking facility located within Kitanomaru Garden. This is the closest parking option available.

Please note that availability and operating hours may change due to events or other activities taking place within the garden.
We also recommend considering nearby coin-operated or private parking lots in the surrounding area.

If you require access to a closer parking facility—such as in the case of wheelchair users—please contact the EASTEAST_ Organizing Office in advance for assistance.

Bicycle:
If you are coming by bicycle, please ask the security staff at the front of the building and park your bicycle in the designated area. This area has no roof or bike rack. Motorcycles, including motorized bicycles, are prohibited from entering Kitanomaru Park. For parking options, please check with hourly motorcycle parking facilities Chiyoda Ward.

For Visitors

Pets are not allowed in the Science Museum. However, service dogs are permitted in all areas.

For wheelchair and stroller users

There is no bus stop near the venue. It takes about 10 minutes from the nearest station, Takebashi Station, by wheelchair, which includes a slightly steep slope. If you find it difficult to come to the venue, please contact us in advance and our staff will assist you.

Although some of the exhibition space is narrow, there are ramps available making all works at the event accessible for wheelchair users.

For visitors who are blind or have low vision

We will have staff on hand to assist visitors who are blind or have low vision. Please contact us in advance if you require this service.

For visitors who are deaf or hard of hearing

Please inform us if you would like to use a written communication method.
We do not have sign language interpreters available, but our staff will carry notepads and download UD Talk to their smart phones to assist you at the event. Please feel free to ask for assistance.

Barrier-free Restrooms

Please inform us if you would like to use a written communication method.

Barrier-free Restrooms
There is one barrier-free restroom at the venue. Our policy is to provide a safe and comfortable restroom for a diverse range of people, so it is not a multipurpose restroom, but a space that is safe for wheelchair users, people with children, transgender people, and non-binary people. We ask that all visitors respect each other and use the restrooms mindfully.

The restrooms are located in the same area as those used by visitors to the Science Museum. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and ask for your understanding.
