EASTEAST_ 実行委員会(以下「当会」)では、当サイト(https://easteast.orghttps://easteast.org/2025/)において提供するサービス(メールニュース登録、イベント予約受付、作品問い合わせ、各種問い合わせ等)の運営に必要な範囲で、ユーザーの情報を収集しています。当会では、個人情報の保護に最大限の注意を払い、その収集・保存・利用に関しては、利用目的の範囲内で適切に取り扱います。当会の個人情報に対する考え方、管理については、以下のプライバシーポリシーを定めています。

- To accept and process applications for events organized or supported by the Committee.
- To distribute newsletters or direct mail regarding EASTEAST_.
- To distribute newsletters or direct mail regarding other events organized or supported by the Committee.

3. 個人情報の管理について

当会は、個人情報への不正アクセス、個人情報の紛失、破壊、改ざん及び漏えい等の事態を防止することに努め、必要な措置を講じます。また、必要がなくなった個人情報は、速やかに廃棄・消去します。

The Committee will endeavor to prevent unauthorized access to personal information, as well as its loss, destruction, falsification, or leakage, by implementing necessary measures. Personal information that is no longer required will be promptly disposed of or deleted.

4. 個人情報の第三者への提供について

当会では、ユーザーの個人情報を第三者に開示・提供することはいたしません。ただし、以下の場合は、提供者の同意なく個人情報を提供することがあります。

新型コロナウイルス等の感染症の感染拡大防止を目的として、保健所・医療機関・関係する公的機関等に対して提供する場合。
