The EASTEAST_ Executive Committee (hereinafter referred to as “the Committee”) collects user information within the scope necessary for operating the services provided on this website (https://easteast.orghttps://easteast.org/2025/), such as newsletter subscriptions, event reservations, artwork inquiries, and general inquiries.
The Committee pays the utmost attention to the protection of personal information, and handles the collection, storage, and use of such information appropriately within the scope of the intended purposes.

When the Committee receives a request from the provider of personal information to disclose, correct, or delete their information, the Committee will promptly confirm the details and respond appropriately.

The content of this Policy may be changed without prior notice to users. Unless otherwise specified by the Committee, revisions to the Privacy Policy will take effect once published on this website.
