To accept and respond to applications for events hosted by or in cooperation with EASTEAST_TOKYO.

3. Cookies

The Committee strives to prevent unauthorized access to personal information and the loss, destruction, falsification, or leakage of personal information, and takes all necessary measures to prevent such incidents. When we outsource a part of our operations, including the use of personal information, to an external contractor in order to facilitate our business (in this case, we will require and supervise the contractor to strictly manage personal information).

When personal information is provided to public health centers, medical institutions, or related public agencies for the purpose of preventing the spread of infectious diseases such as COVID-19.

6. Disclosure, Correction, Deletion of Personal Information

If the Committee receives a request for disclosure, correction, or deletion of personal information by the provider, the Committee will promptly confirm the content of the request and respond to it.

7. Revision of This Privacy Policy

The content of this policy may be changed without notice to users. Unless otherwise specified by the Committee, the revised Privacy Policy shall take effect from the time it is posted on the site.
