特定個人情報を含む個人情報保護方針
EASTEAST_ 実行委員会(以下「当会」)では、当サイト(https://easteast.orghttps://easteast.org/2023/)において提供するサービス(メールニュース登録、イベント予約受付、作品問い合わせ、各種問い合わせ等)の運営に必要な範囲で、ユーザーの情報を収集しています。当会では、個人情報の保護に最大限の注意を払い、その収集・保存・利用に関しては、利用目的の範囲内で適切に取り扱います。当会の個人情報に対する考え方、管理については、以下のプライバシーポリシーを定めています。

1. 個人情報とは
本プライバシーポリシーにおける個人情報とは、当サイトを通じてユーザーが提供する氏名、住所、電話番号、メールアドレス、その他の記述等によりユーザー個人を識別できるもの、個人に帰属する番号・記号によって個人を識別できるものをいいます。また、その情報だけでは個人を識別できなくても、他の情報と容易に照合することができ、結果的に個人を識別できる固有の情報も個人情報に含まれます。

3. クッキー（Cookie）について
ユーザーの設定内容の保存等ユーザーの利便性向上のため、セッションの維持および保護等セキュリティのため、ユーザーが利用した本サービスに対する訪問回数および利用形態、ユーザーの規模等の把握により、より良いサービスを提供するためにクッキーを利用いたします。ユーザーはクッキーの使用可否を選択できますが、クッキーの保存を拒む場合にはログインが必要なサービス等、本サービスの一部をご利用いただけない場合があります。

5. 個人情報の第三者への提供について
当会では、ユーザーの個人情報を第三者に開示・提供することはいたしません。 ただし、以下の場合は、提供者の同意なく個人情報を提供することがあります。
情報の提供に伴って、特に第三者への開示・提供についての承諾を提供者から得ている場合。
提供者が第三者に不利益を及ぼすと判断した場合。
裁判所、検察庁、警察、弁護士会及び、これらに準じた権限を有する機関から、個人情報の開示・提供を求められた場合。
法令に基づいて開示・提供が許可されている場合。
業務を円滑に進めるため、個人情報の利用を含む業務の一部を外部へ委託する場合(この場合は委託先へ個人情報の厳重管理を義務付け、監督します)
新型コロナウイルス等の感染症の感染拡大防止を目的として、保健所・医療機関・関係する公的機関等に対して提供する場合。

When personal information is provided to public health centers, medical institutions, or related public agencies for the purpose of preventing the spread of infectious diseases such as COVID-19.

当会は個人情報について、提供者本人による開示・訂正・削除等を求められた場合、速やかに内容を確認し、対応します。

If the Committee receives a request for disclosure, correction, or deletion of personal information by the provider, the Committee will promptly confirm the content of the request and respond to it.
7. 本プライバシーポリシーの改定について
本ポリシーの内容は、ユーザーに通知することなく変更することができるものとします。
当会が別途定める場合を除いて、変更後のプライバシーポリシーは、当サイトに掲載したときから効力が生じるものとします。
