HAITSU is a viewing space in a tiny apartment in Nishiogikubo, Tokyo. HAITSU is run by Kotarano Hosono, one of the founding members and, later, the gallery director of ANAGRA. The exhibitions are created in collaboration with the artists, and themes are developed through dialogues with each creator. By limiting the number of people allowed in the space, HAITSU achieves a more nuanced viewing experience and creates space for authentic communication between the guest, artist, and director.
