Born in Tokushima City in 1947. After working as a graphic designer, he has been active as an illustrator since 1976. He incorporates the landscapes and townscapes that impressed him during his stay in the United States into his works, and continues to produce current tropical and clear landscape works. He has provided many works for record jackets such as Eiichi Otaki’s “A LONG VACATION” and “NIAGARA SONG BOOK”. “A LONG VACATION” received a gold disc as a special album jacket award from CBS Sony. In September 2020, a solo exhibition was held in Sydney, Australia.
